DISC Behavioral Assessment
DISC Behavioral Assessment is a tool used to measure an individual's behavioral style and preferences. It is based on the DISC theory, which categorizes behavior into four main styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
This application was mainly designed to help organizations understand the strengths, weaknesses, and communication styles of job applicants.
The results of the assessment can also be used to identify areas for personal and professional development, as well as to improve communication and collaboration within teams and organizations.
